How It Works

You will start off by choosing which monthly package you want. Each different option offers a different level of service. Every person who signs up with Edge Fitness gets a complimentary 50 minute consult including goal setting and a workout with your trainer (30 minute consultation if online client via phone or Skype). This allows us a chance to learn who you are as a person and really assess your needs and goals.

Justin Roome

Owner & Personal Trainer

Justin has been in the fitness industry since 2015 and absolutely loves it. He started training because he wanted to make a positive difference in those who needed it the most. After acquiring his CPT designation through one of the top Personal Training programs in the U.S., he continued on to acquire his CES, PES, and FNS.  He used his drive and passion for training to start Edge Fitness in 2016. Since then he has completed over 2000 personal training sessions and is still furthering his education.


Katie Albe

Personal Trainer

Katie is certified through USA Gymnastics, and is currently coaching a Junior Olympic gymnastics team.  In 2008 she attended Metro State University to further her fitness education. She is also certified through Gymnastic Bodies, which focuses on gymnastics strength training. She received her Personal Training Certificate through AFAA in 2013 and trains one on one with clients ranging from adolescent to senior. Her specialty is body weight focused strength conditioning, as well as mobility and flexibility. She likes to incorporate nutrition into her training to ensure her clients can have a whole health perspective
