You meet with a trainer up to 3 times per week at our gym located in Denver, CO to really have them push you to give your all and reach your goals faster. If you are looking for more than 3 times per week, there are other options that we have available as well.
Thinking about taking the first steps to a healthier you but intimidated at the though of going at it alone? Take that journey with a friend instead! Our Partner Training is built to give you and a friend a great workout while either challenging them or working together.

Small Group Training
Do you a want to be able to spend time with your friends while getting in great shape at the same time? Our small group training is developed to allow everyone in your group to get a killer workout while still having fun!
You meet with a trainer up to 2 times per week at Rocky Mountain Flex in Denver, CO to really have them push you to give your all and reach your goals faster. If you are looking for more than 2 times per week, there are other options that we have available as well.

As a New Client of our personal training program, we want you to succeed and we believe that you will. In fact, we believe that you will see results within the first 21 days and are willing to put our $$$ where our mouth is. So here it is: If you are not a minimum of 1 clothing size smaller after your initial 21-day training program with one of our Professional Trainers, we will refund* 100% of your fees for sessions attended within that 21-day period.
*In order to be eligible for the refund guarantee, the client must commit to 3 Sessions per week (minimum) and give 100% effort for the duration of the 21 days. This means that all sessions are attended for the full duration, maximum effort is given, and all advice from trainer is followed (including Nutrition and Workout recommendations).
